Shipping policy

Shipping

Every Stickerbox order is packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery normally takes 7–15 working days, depending on your location and customs.

Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 per order, to every country we ship to. As soon as your parcel leaves us you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Delays and lost parcels

Holidays, weather and customs checks can occasionally add a few days. If your tracking hasn’t moved for 7 working days, email nguyenngocngoc98376@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, write to us as soon as possible — we can update it until the order has been packed.
